Not really 4 stars, but didn’t want to give only 3. Mixed feelings about this accom. We had the Family Suite for 3 nights. Main bedroom is a little small. Not a lot of room for 2 x bags. Decent size bathroom for both main and ensuite. Beds were ok, a bit dated. The place was clean. Shower pressure good. Lounge has a small couch and some single chairs. Kitchenette is ok, but it’s missing pots & pans, so you can’t use the stove. Very minimal cutlery. 1 x spoon, fork and a few knives. This may have been corrected if we asked but we didn’t bother. Disappointing. A family suite with a kitchenette should come with enough cutlery and pots and pans already. My main issue was the lack of a washing machine which was originally advertised to the best of my knowledge as it was the reason I booked. Now it says “laundry facilities”. Even if I made an error, “laundry facilities” is the hotel charging you to do the washing for an ridiculous amount of $$. So buyer beware. Breakfast was fine. Nothing fancy. Eggs cooked to taste. The hotel is clean. It’s well priced. Staff are very helpful. Small Mini mart close by. A big Safeway mart is a 10 min walk. A few restaurants up the road and an ATM around the corner. As a side note, if you need transport - Airport pickups, city tours, transport to Dead Sea, Petra etc… I can highly recommend localtrips.net I found them online and they were great. No issues. Great service!

I booked this as part of a 4 day trip to Amman and was more than satisfied with the hotel. It was very clean, rooms were a good size and I'm assuming the hotel has either been renovated or is fairly new as the condition of the furniture etc was excellent. The staff were very attentive and once they realised we had a car would move things around so we could park the car safely at the front door - which was guarded 24/7. In terms of locations its not completely central - however Uber in Jordan is so cheap this will never be an issue. If you are thinking of hiring a car - this hotel very much appears on a corner coming off one of the main streets - just a word of warning there as it can be difficult to stop where you need to. The breakfast in the hotel had a good selection of both local and what I would term "western breakfast". My only criticism would be that during breakfast staff could be slightly overbearing Overall, a great experience for my first trip to Jordan.

The room was clean and amazing. The lady and the guy at the reception was welcoming. And also there was a guy helping us with our bags to our room and he's friendly. The breakfast was spectacular. All about the hotel were totally great...and worth a stay

highly recommend this place for couples or either for friends,the rooms are spacious clean and comfy, staff are very friendly and helpful, they did there best to help and Guid us. Breakfast very descent. it’s exactly like the pics, would definitely come back again

We visited Amman to attend a family wedding We booked Family suit at Viola hotel suites We really enjoyed our stay The rooms and lounge very nicely furnished clean and air conditioned 2 bothrooms so very comfortable as there was 3 of us bathroom has enough towels toiletries and hair dryer Kitchen has stove and microwave and a big fridge freezer also plates and cutlery electric kettle with tea and coffee facilities Staff very pleasant and helpful Very good fast WiFi Complementary water Will definitely stay there again highly recommended
